根気 Konki · perseverance
Calisthenics, weights and cardio in one place. Konki reads your logged sets and works out what to ask for next — using your bodyweight as load when the movement calls for it, because a pull-up isn't zero kilos.
Works fully offline. An account is optional, and only needed to sync or to train with a coach.
What's inside
No feed, no discovery tab, nothing that exists to keep you here longer. If it isn't on this grid, Konki doesn't do it.

Three modalities
Konki started as a calisthenics app. It isn't one any more — but the thing that made it worth using is still the point: the targets come from your own logged performance, not a template someone wrote for a stranger.
A rep of a pull-up is not a rep of a band-assisted pull-up, and neither is zero load. Konki resolves what you actually moved.
Konki estimates a one-rep max from your working sets, adjusted for reps in reserve, and shows you the formula rather than a mystery number.
Enter a race or a hard effort and Konki works out training paces from it — the same method coaches have used for decades, applied to your times.
Training with someone
Connect with a friend or a coach by username. They can send you templates and multi-week programmes, and message you about them. Your logs, your body metrics and your history stay yours — a coach sees what you deliberately share and nothing else.
You can block any account from any conversation, and report any message. Reports are read by a person within 24 hours. There is no feed, no follower count, and nothing to scroll.
Constraints
Every one of these makes a number less comfortable and more true. That trade is the whole design.
Not a growth tactic held in reserve — a line that doesn't get crossed. You buy the app, and that's the whole of the relationship.
Where the evidence for a muscle split doesn't exist, Konki says so rather than guessing a percentage. An untagged exercise logs normally; it just stays out of the volume analysis.
You log what happened. The plan adapts around it. Editing last week until the chart looks better defeats the purpose of having a chart.
Everything works offline, on device. Syncing is something you switch on, not something that happens to you.
The bundled plans are written for Konki. Nothing here is somebody else's copyrighted method with the name filed off.
Konki measures training. It won't grow a feed, a marketplace, or a reason to open it when you aren't training.
One purchase, all three. No subscription, no advertising, no account needed to start.
On the name
Not motivation, which burns off. Not willpower, which is a thing you run out of. Konki is the low, steady kind of persistence that gets you to the end of a long project — and it's the only quality that reliably separates people who got stronger from people who meant to.
Konki is one of four tools from the Systems Atlas Project, each surveying one patch of complicated terrain.
